Avaya 9650 IP Handset
The 9650 is best suited for building receptionists and executive admin staff; people who answer a lot of incoming calls, both for themselves and transferring them oth other extenstions, they may also need to manage many bridged appearences (manager's calls coming through to the PA). The 9650 handset is also suitable for contact centre agents.
The 9650 has built-in button modules functionality with single touch access to bridged appearances, speed dials and feature keys. When used with ACM 4.0, the 9650 supports up to 3 of the 24 button expansion modules.
The Avaya 9650 IP Telephone has higher quality wideband audio in both the handset as well as the speakerphone providing crystal clear audio and eliminating background noise. The 9650 has built-in button module functionality (eight physical buttons with shift capability for a total of 16 feature keys) to provide single touch access to bridged appearances, speed dials and other feature.
Through its integrated web browser and application interface, the 9650 improves productivity with phone applications such as LDAP corporate directories and integration with Microsoft Outlook calendars.
