Avaya 9620C and 9620L IP Handset

The 9620C is a colour screen whilst the L on 9620L refers to a light version as this model is without the USB port. 

The 9620 IP Telephone is specifically designed for Avaya's 'everyday' users  people who rely on more than just their deskphone to communicate and rely more on e-mail and Instant Messenger, yet still require a high quality and intuitive telephone for a couple of voice communications.

The 9620 has up to 12 call appearances or feature keys - you can have 3 concurrent line appearances visible at any time.

The LED lights to the right of the display provide information on line appearances, while LEDs built into other buttons on the phone such as Mute, Message, and Headset provide an intuitive and simple experience for the user.

Completing call transfers and setting up ad hoc conference calls is simple and intuitive can be carried out easily even for those who don't like all this 'new fangled technology'.

The 9620's intuitive interface has on-screen prompts which means easy access to the contacts directory and call log (missed, dialled and received calls - just like your mobile). 9620 users have full control of conference calls, including selective drop and mute.

Access to common features such as Conference, Transfer, Hold is even easier with the dynamic helpful prompts and integration with phone numbers in the contact list and call logs. The user interface on the 9620 provides easy access to critical Communication Manager features, and ultimately increases the end user's confidence with the phone and their productivity.

The 9620's high-fidelity acoustics include a full duplex speaker and wideband audio in the handset, deliver industry-leading audio that minimizes ambient noise. With the enhanced audio across high and low frequencies, it is easier for users to better understand others with different speech nuances or accents.
