The Sentriant family of security products provides organizations with cost-effective easy to deploy solutions to today's tough network security challenges. These high-performance, highly scalable appliances and products make it easy to encrypt necessary network traffic, verify that connecting devices are in compliance with security policy and detect and mitigate rapidly propagating network threats in seconds.

- Virtualized Security Resources (VSRs) - the network participates in the overall security system by detecting events and enforcing policy, and creating virtualized resources to handle the security needs
- Cost Effective - VSRs allow network administrators to increase the reach of security coverage for the same cost as link-by-link protection using traditional inline resources
- High Availablity - since security appliances are not inline, a much higher level of availability can be designed into the network
