About CTi

Proteus is an easy-to use communication management solution that captures and records data on incoming, outgoing and internal communications directly from a Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Internet Protocol (IP) telephony system or dealer board system. Proteus delivers a new generation of integrated communications solutions for businesses by offering landline phone, mobile, Internet and e-mail analysis in real time. Proteus automatically interprets this data and presents the information in professional management reports.

Customers use Proteus to allocate costs throughout the company, increase network efficiency, verify bills, monitor call traffic and employee activity and respond to calls made to emergency services.

Proteus Enterprise

Proteus Enterprise enables management of a company's entire spectrum of communications including landlines, Internet, mobile phone, and e-mail use. Unlike other call management products, Proteus Enterprise is technologically agnostic. It integrates seamlessly with analog, digital, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems. Companies with locations worldwide use one Proteus Enterprise installation to manage all sites.

Proteus Enterprise is used to monitor network efficiency and bandwidth utilization, manage employee productivity, and detect and discourage employee misuse of the company's communications systems.

Telephone Management System (TMS)
Proteus TMS collects data for all Private Branch Exchanges (PBX) and Internet Protocol (IP) telephony systems, from one or multiple sites through RS232 connection, direct IP logging, IP Buffer Technology or call log files. Customers use TMS reports to allocate costs to departments, monitor calls to emergency services (911 or 999 calls).

Mobile Management System (MMS)
Proteus MMS imports data from the electronic version of the mobile invoice. Customers use MMS reports to identify costly mobile users, most frequent text messaging users, and phones with no call activity.

Internet Management System (IMS)
Proteus IMS collects data by downloading the log files produced by Internet gateway devices (Proxy servers, firewalls, routers, etc.). Customers use IMS reports to manage employee productivity and investigate spikes in network bandwidth consumption.

E-mail Management System (EMS)
Proteus EMS collects data from the e-mail server. Customers use EMS to manage employee productivity, investigate e-mails with large attachments, and monitor e-mail domains with the heaviest usage.
