Avaya one-X Mobile Edition

Part of the Avaya one-X family, Avaya one-X Mobile Edition is software client for leading mobile smartphone platforms that works in conjunction with the Extension to Cellular feature of Avaya Communication Manager and transforms a user's mobile phone into their office deskphone.

When one-X Mobile Edition is active, calls made from the mobile appear as if they were made from the employee's deskphone and calls made to the employee's business phone number can be answered from the mobile device. The mobile employee has only one business phone number to manage, one voice mailbox to check, and one-X Mobile Edition can be turned on and turned off as needed.

Avaya EC500 - Extension to Cellular

EC500 is a feature that enables user to have their deskphone and mobile simultaneously ring whenever the desk phone receives a call ensuring calls are never missed. The user can seamlessly transfer calls from their deskphone to their mobile phone and become mobile mid-call.

Extension to Cellular users can activate, deactivate, and suspend Extension to Cellular service by using an administered Extension to Cellular feature status button.

Call Filtering: This feature eases concerns over recurring mobile phone costs by limiting the calls extended to the mobile network for Extension to Cellular users. Customers can choose to deliver, on a per-user basis, only external calls (from a customer), only internal calls, all calls, or no calls.
