Avaya one-X Deskphone Edition
Avaya one- X Deskphone Edition is designed to drive productivity for customers and drives increased employee productivity. Deskphone edition is the name for the new 9600 series IP telephones. The new phones feature an intuitive and common telephone tasks such as setting up a conference call or completing a transfer are easy to complete.

Avaya one-X Mobile Edition
This is software client for mobile smartphones it transforms a user's mobile phone into their office deskphone.
Avaya one-X Mobile Edition allows mobile employees to easily access features like multiparty conference calling, calltransfer, call coverage, abbreviated dialing and more. This hugely improves employee productivity and controls mobile phone costs.
Avaya one-X Desktop Edition
Avaya one-X Desktop Edition transforms Windows-based PCs into intelligent SIP-based communication devices. Users can make, receive and handle voice calls, send instant messages to one another and track each others' presence using an intuitive graphical user interface.
It supports a rich suite of SIP-based telephony features and can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, LDAP and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Avaya one-X Portal
This web-based solution enables Avaya users to control their telephony, conferencing, messaging, mobile working administration, and access to corporate and personal contact information. The web portal works with the user's desk phone if they're in the office or as it also supports users from any location, it is ideal for froming part of a business continuity strategy; it can be used by any user from any web browser if they cannot get to an office location in the event of a business interruption.
one-X Portal is implemented and managed centrally, and as users access it via the web, it does not require software to be loaded on individual PCs. It allows users to administer their 'extension to cellular' and other settings and access the corporate telephone number directory.
There are 3 modes for users to interact with one-X Portal:
Shared Mode: For use in the office, users manage calls from either their office telephone or the one-X Portal interface, using the phone for audio.
PC-Only Mode: For use when there is no access to a direct dial phone, ie when users are in a hotel room or at an airport, calls are managed from the user's PC, audio is also via the users PC using VoIP.
Dual-Connect Mode: For users working at home or where there is a direct dial access - as well as internet connection. The user's calls are managed through the portal then in order to achieve toll quality voice, the user provides a telephone number where all inbound calls come in to and outbound calls are displayed as the user's regular DDI.
