Avaya 9608 and 9611G IP Handsets

Both the 9608 and the 9611G provide a more traditional user experience with dual LEDs on either side of the graphical displays. These deskphones are ideal for customers who are migrating from a traditional digital environment and desire to move to IP with minimal change. The 9608 has a monochrome display and the 9611G has a color display.

Avaya 9621G and 9641G Handsets

The 9621G and 9641G are both color touch screen models. They are targeted at Essential users who rely on the phone for business communications or those users that can benefit from tighter and easier access to a wider range of Avaya applications such as Meeting Exchange or Modular Messaging. The 9621G delivers gigabit capability and a 4.3 inch color touchscreen. The 9641G delivers advanced capabilities with 4.7 inch color touchscreen, wideband speaker, USB interface, and gigabit to the desktop.

Avaya 9620L and 9620C IP Handsets

The 9620 is a strong, reliable workhorse designed for the everyday user. Its intuitive user interface and LED status lights makes basic tasks such as transferring calls or setting-up conferences easy. The 9620C is a colour screen version.

Avaya 9640 and 9640G IP Handset

With a high resolution colour display, this handset provides a suite of features for the essential telephone user who regards the phone as an important tool for their day-to-day job. It has many time-saving features such as speed dials and ‘one-touch' access to mobility features. And its high-fidelity audio improves clarity to make long conversations less tiring.

The 9640G has Gigabit connectivity.

Avaya 9650 and 9650C IP Handset

The 9650 is designed specifically for the ‘navigator' telephone profile - that is, people such as receptionists and executive assistants who manage calls as part of their jobs. The unit therefore provides one-touch access to a host of call management features, and can support up to three additional feature expansion modules for even greater functionality.

Avaya 9670G IP Handset

For users on the phone for much of the time, and who demand ease of use, the 9670G interface has been designed specifically for touch-screen navigation, including a home screen with access to favourite contacts; embedded applications such as weather,world time, and a alculator; support for custom web applications; access to a QWERTY keyboard; and context sensitive navigation of telephone features.

Integrated Bluetooth allows users to utilise their headset without the need of an adapter. The 9670G comes
equipped with integrated Gigabit Ethernet for those customers who require 10/100/1000 Mbps bandwidth out to the desktop.

Please note the Avaya 9630 and 9630G IP Handsets are no longer available, they've been superseded by the 9640 and 9640G - it's the same handset but with a coloured screen.
