 Avaya 1603sw IP Handset

The 1603 is part of Avaya's One-X value edition, providing cost-effective IP telephones that deliver familiar features at an attractive price. Providing basic telephony features the 1603 makes a perfect low-end ‘walk-up' telephone for common areas such as lobbies and print rooms.

Avaya 1608i IP Handset

Designed as the ‘everyday' desk phone in Avaya's value edition range, the 1608 combines traditional telephone features such as LEDs and fixed feature buttons with the latest user additions such as soft keys and a navigation wheel. It also has the capability to be linked to a PC to provide more convenience and an even richer feature-set.

Avaya 1616i IP Handset

The Avaya 1616 is the ‘navigator' in the value edition for receptionists and other regular call-handlers. It provides easy access to a number of call management features, has the ability to add feature buttons for increased capacity and functionality, and can be connected to a PC.

Avaya 16CC IP Handset

This is a phone for the contact centre environment. The 16CC combines traditional agent features such as LED buttons and fixed feature keys with soft keys, a navigation wheel and a contextsensitive agent interface.
