Avaya EC500

EC500 transparently bridges calls received by your Avaya Aura Communication Manager for an EC500 user's DDI to any mobile phone regardless of location or service provider.

With EC500 software activated, all connected phones ring simultaneously, you choose which phones you want as your extension number, i.e. a deskphone, mobile phone or home phone. Calls are immediately delivered to the intended party, and if that party is not available, the call is deposited directly into their Avaya voicemail account; speeding up connectivity, improving user responsiveness and subsequently reducing caller wait time.
