You can see how G3 uses Microsoft Office Communicator (the more secure and advanced version of MSN!), soft phone and how mobile phones can be used as deskphones - with call transfer, conference call set up etc.

These applications improve your business relationships both internally and with your customers, it reduces costs and improves efficiencies.

The morning will session will include a presentation and demonstrations of how it all works.
