G3 has now launched its new remote monitoring solution which enables you to view your entire network infrastructure for both data and Avaya voice across all of your office locations.

This solution is called the G3 CMP; CMP stands for Converged Management Platform.

G3's CMP maps technology elements to real business functions and user groups, providing immediate association to affected processes.

The platform's correlation of mapping processes and business functions means it can assess the overall system health as well as the operation and availability of each component contributing to business services (i.e. voicemail, phone registration, call accounting, call centre applications, etc.).

This unique service allows us to provide information that relates precisely how a system issue is affecting the business community it supports within your business.
