End of Support for Slim and Fat Audix

Following the end of life notification of the Avaya Definity Voice Messaging/Slim and Fat Audix back in 2002, Avaya has now ended support on this product.

In March 2003, Avaya stopped selling the Avaya Definity Slim and Fat Audix Voicemail systems, Avaya and G3 still continued to honour the support and warranty of the product for the duration of many maintenance contracts, 4 years.

G3 has continued to support the product, but unfortunately can no longer include the Slim and Fat Audix in any maintenance contracts as post-warranty agreements from Avaya have now come to an end.

For upgrades to the latest voicemail, Avaya has the Avaya Intuity Audix LX Multimedia Messaging or the Avaya Moduluar Messaging solution. Upgrade offers apply to both products.
