G3 was formed in 2002 by Tony Parish who had previously set up and ran Europe's leading Avaya partner and provider of Avaya Definity platforms. G3 is a specialist converged voice and data business, formed to address the gap in the market, concentrating on Converged Solutions, enabling businesses to leverage converged technology, to achieve more with less, and increasing operational efficiency.

G3 is a company that fully understands the impact of IP on the communications market.

G3 is privately held and is owned 100% by the employees of the company, this allows us to have a long term vision of customer satisfaction, something that is very difficult to achieve with outside investors.

The telecoms industry peaked in 2000 the new millennium has seen many telecoms companies struggle to survive and any growth has been through acquisitions and mergers. G3 is different, the business model is built on convergence and IP communications; the company is well funded; debt free and profitable, something that is almost unique in this market.

The management team at G3 is responsible for more medium to large Avaya projects than any other business in the UK. Since 1995, when the then AT&T Definity was launched to the indirect channel, the team has been responsible for over 800 installations of the now Avaya Communication Manager. G3's key differentiator and reason behind its success is its unique standing as a Reseller delivering converged voice and data communications. G3 has built its business on convergence (not just concentrating on voice or data but both) we house the skills and expertise to design and implement converged voice and data networks with integrated applications.

G3 is a solution based company specialising in call/contact centres, LAN and WAN infrastructure, converged IP telephony in medium to large enterprise systems. As renowned experts in convergence and IP, G3 has in-depth skills in Avaya, Cisco, Extreme Networks, Juniper Networks, Altitude and Microsoft applications, networking hardware and software. G3 has expertise in the other emerging and key disciplines namely desktop applications that power the new converged desktop.
